Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Advanced analytical skills with SQL, Python, or R.
  • Exposure to talent acquisition through coursework or internships.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive and curiosity in the talent field.
  • Willingness to travel internationally twice a year.
