Overview

The Senior Manager, Internal & External Communications is responsible for developing and executing communication strategies that helps ODP Business Solutions achieve their communications goals. They will work closely with senior management to ensure that the company’s messaging is consistent, effective, and aligned with its objectives.

• Create and execute communications strategies that support ODP Business Solutions’ goals
• Drive the development and execution of effective PR strategies
• Creation of content, including blog posts, newsletters, and press releases
• Analyze and report on marketing and communication campaigns data
• Handle press inquiries and requests for interviews
• Lead a team of 1-2 support members
• Work closely with product management and sales teams
• Develop and manage public relations strategy for the company
• Build relationships with key publications and reporters
• Draft and edit press releases

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications or related field
• 8-10 years’ experience in B2B Public Relations or Communications
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
• Strong writing skills and creative flair
• Leadership and strategic planning skills
• Ability to relate communications strategy to business drivers
• Strong organizational and management skills
• Performance-driven with solid change management skills
