Overview

As an Identity Theft Representative in the Fraud team, you will deliver exceptional service to clients while investigating and resolving fraud-related issues.

In Short

  • Work in the Fraud Credit and Debit cards Contact Centre.
  • Ensure service delivery to external and internal customers.
  • Resolve complex issues related to fraud applications and payments.
  • Work remotely with occasional on-site requirements.
  • Flexible availability required between Monday to Sunday, 7:00 am to midnight.
  • Investigate suspected fraudulent activities using risk management principles.
  • Make sound decisions quickly in ambiguous situations.
  • Collaborate with various departments to resolve fraud cases.
  • Fluency in French and English is required.
  • Full-time permanent position starting August 18, 2025.

Requirements

  • Experience in COINS/ECIF, PRM, TSYS, and CRS is an asset.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to handle complex customer inquiries.
  • Wired internet connection with specified speeds.
  • Must meet Agent@Home program requirements.
  • Legally eligible to work in Canada.
  • Willingness to undergo skills tests.
