Overview

As a Senior Android Engineer at CampfireFM, you will be responsible for building and maintaining our Android app using Jetpack Compose, contributing to the evolution of our mobile experience.

Build and maintain the Android app using Jetpack Compose.
Collaborate with design, product, and backend teams.
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability.
Take ownership of architectural decisions.
Participate in code reviews and knowledge sharing.
Help shape the mobile experience at CampfireFM.

Requirements

6+ years of Android development experience.
2+ years focused on Jetpack Compose.
Deep understanding of modern Android paradigms.
Experience with REST APIs and backend systems.
Familiarity with CI/CD and version control workflows.
Strong testing habits using frameworks like Espresso.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
Must be based in Germany, preferably Berlin.
