Deputy Director of Civic Engagement & Community Affairs - Remote

Overview

The Deputy Director of Civic Engagement and Community Affairs will provide strategic leadership and oversight to CPCA’s statewide community health center civic engagement initiatives, ensuring increased participation in advocacy, voter engagement, and public health initiatives.

• Track and evaluate civic engagement program impacts.
• Develop communication strategies for stakeholder engagement.

Requirements

• 3+ years in legislative or related government activity.
• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Understanding of healthcare issues in California preferred.
• Experience with community health centers or non-profits preferred.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; experience may substitute.
