Overview

The Compliance Assurance and Training Specialist is responsible for conducting internal compliance audits, ensuring adherence to federal, state, and institutional regulations, and providing staff training on compliance policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in compliance and training.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state regulations.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
