In Short

• Lead and grow a team of security operations engineers.
• Guide the creation and improvement of detections across SIEM, EDR, and cloud platforms.
• Be hands-on in investigations and response activities.
• Partner with Product Security, IT, and Engineering teams.
• Own the MSSP relationship and ensure accountability.
• Develop incident response processes and lead tabletop exercises.
• Work closely with the CISO on priorities and metrics.
• Stay updated on the evolving threat landscape.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity.
• Proven leadership experience in security operations.
• Deep technical expertise in SIEM, EDR, and cloud security.
• Experience managing MSSPs or third-party detection services.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation workflows.
• Clear communicator with ability to engage stakeholders.
• Comfortable in a remote-first environment.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
