Therapy Access Intake Specialist (Contractor) - Remote

Overview

The Therapy Access Intake Specialist provides operational support to the Therapy Access organization including, and not limited to, fax management, data entry, and benefit verification.

In Short

• Manage daily data entry requirements and Intake process for new and existing patients
• Oversee daily operations of incoming document fax server
• Provide review and quality check of incoming documents
• Receive completed paperwork from customers
• Support company goals and adhere to regulations
• Document all interactions in CRM system
• Perform other assigned duties
• Remote position working Eastern Time Zone hours
• Contract position anticipated to run through March 2026

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare administrative roles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Computer competency including MS Office and CRM systems
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
