Overview

CACI is seeking a Unit Test Developer with strong AWS and DevSecOps experience to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals, focusing on developing and maintaining automated unit and integration tests for the DHS biometric system.

In Short

• Design, implement, and maintain unit and integration tests for a cloud-based biometric system.
• Collaborate with developers to identify test requirements and edge cases.
• Perform root cause analysis on test failures and assist in debugging.
• Work within CI/CD pipelines to integrate automated testing.
• Write clear and maintainable test documentation.
• Participate in code reviews and software quality assurance efforts.
• Provide support during escalated incidents.
• Monitor system logs and test metrics for performance issues.
• Maintain knowledge of system architecture and APIs.
• Participate in periodic on-call rotations for production support.

Requirements

• High School diploma and 6 years of IT experience.
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain DHS EOD clearance.
• Experience developing tests in Java, Golang, or similar languages.
• Experience with AWS and test frameworks.
• Knowledge of CI/CD practices and secure code validation tools.
• Experience testing distributed systems using web services.
• Strong analytical skills for root cause analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field is desired.
• AWS certifications are highly desirable.
• Familiarity with Docker, Jenkins, and log analysis tools.
