Overview

The Peoplesoft Global Payroll Test Engineer will serve as a Senior Functional Test Engineer for the Integrated Personnel and Pay System-Army (IPPS-A), focusing on various testing methodologies for the PeopleSoft-based ERP system.

• Work as a Sr. Functional Test Engineer for IPPS-A.
• Perform functional, regression, performance, and security testing.
• Write and execute test cases, analyze results, and maintain automated test suites.
• Collaborate with business analysts and developers to resolve defects.
• Update and maintain detailed test plans and scenarios.
• Execute payroll testing within the IPPS-A Global Payroll module.
• Design and execute reusable test cases based on requirements.
• Collect, track, and report test metrics.
• Ensure compliance with testing processes and procedures.
• Work in an Agile/SCRUM environment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Technology or related field.
• 3-5 years of software testing experience.
• 3-5 years of PeopleSoft Global Payroll and HCM experience.
• Active Secret clearance required.
• Strong understanding of software testing techniques.
• Experience in Agile/SCRUM environments.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely.
• Military Pay experience is a plus.
• Knowledge of Ab Initio ETL is desirable.
• Security+ certification and SAFe - Agilist certification preferred.
