In Short

• Work on evolving our infrastructure platform.
• Collaborate with Product and Infrastructure teams.
• Design tooling for service availability and scalability.
• Increase reliability awareness across teams.
• Define SLIs, SLOs, and SLAs.
• Participate in an on-call schedule.
