Speech & Language Pathologist - Early Intervention - Remote

Overview

The Speech & Language Pathologist provides strength-based, family-centered services for young children under three years of age who have developmental delays or are at risk of a developmental delay, enhancing their communication, physical, cognitive, social-emotional, and adaptive skills.

In Short

• Full-time position with a schedule of Monday through Friday, variable hours between 8 AM and 5 PM.
• Provides direct intervention services to children aged 0-3 and their families.
• Conducts evaluations and assessments to develop Individual Family Service Plans.
• Assists in transition planning and maintains client records.
• Competent in assessment and therapeutic techniques for children with various disorders.
• Knowledge of typical infant/toddler development.
• Collaborates with families and outside agencies for comprehensive care.
• May involve travel between in-person visits/sites.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language and Hearing Association.
• Current Speech Language Pathology license in Massachusetts.
• Valid US-issued driver's license and insured automobile for work-related travel.
• CPR and First Aid Certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• DPH’s CEIS Certification or eligibility for certification.
• NPI number or willingness to apply for one.
• Satisfactory CORI review as per Massachusetts regulations.
