Clinical Social Worker LCSW, Per Diem - Remote

Overview

The Clinical Social Worker LCSW will work in a dynamic healthcare environment, providing mental health services to patients while collaborating with a diverse team of caregivers.

In Short

• Work schedule: Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 4:30 PM.
• Part-time position with responsibilities in clinical and administrative tasks.
• Expected to meet productivity benchmarks and participate in program development.
• Maintain accurate Electronic Medical Records in compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to a professional treatment setting with respect for clients and colleagues.
• Required to work on-site at least one evening per week.
• Collaboration with other staff and attendance at required meetings.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• May involve covering for absent clinicians and handling walk-in clients.
• Signing bonus may be available based on eligibility.

Requirements

• Must have a current unrestricted licensure by the Massachusetts Board of Registration.
• Graduation from an accredited graduate program required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting with mental health and substance abuse disorders.
• Ability to demonstrate quality improvement and comply with health regulations.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
