Overview

The Deal Advisory Manager (Healthcare) will lead M&A activities focusing on healthcare, providing due diligence and financial analysis for clients in a collaborative environment.

• Manage buy-side and sell-side financial and tax due diligence engagements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Active CPA license or in-progress required.
• 5+ years of professional services experience.
• 2+ years of healthcare diligence experience.
• Strong accounting and data analysis skills.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior leadership.
• Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
