The Community Dental Health Coordinator (CDHC) Program Advisor & Instructor plays a vital role in ensuring the success and sustainability of the CDHC Program, providing instruction, support, and mentorship to participants.

• Support the Program Director in instructional delivery and course facilitation.
• Collaborate on curriculum evaluation and improvement efforts.
• Provide individualized guidance to participants for successful program completion.
• Engage with external partners to integrate CDHC within dental hygiene training programs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in dental hygiene.
• Active licensure by the South Carolina State Board of Dentistry.
• CDHC certification.
• Two years of relevant program experience.
• Strong mentorship and instructional delivery skills.
• Experience with curriculum review and program evaluation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Comfort in representing programs at events.
• Ability to work collaboratively with faculty partners.
• Demonstrated technical support skills.
