Overview

The Application Engineer II supports the academic, research, and healthcare missions of MUSC by providing operational, consultative, and collaborative functions within Information Solutions.

In Short

Reports to the Manager of IS Business Application Development and Integration.
Assists with implementation and maintenance of business operations programs.
Provides operational support and maintains system updates.
Exhibits excellent customer service skills.
Participates in team and project meetings.
Leads designated projects.
Offers input on solutions to improve efficiency.
Works under indirect supervision.
Engages with operational end users.
Contributes to a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

High school diploma with four years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree with two years of related experience.
Good communication skills.
Strong customer service skills.
Ability to work with energetic individuals.
Experience in operational support and project management.
