Overview

As a Mechatronics & Robotics Technician at C&W Services, you will support the Operations Maintenance Team in repairing and maintaining material handling equipment and pneumatic systems, while promoting a safe working environment.

• Repair and maintain material handling equipment and pneumatic systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair automated packaging and distribution equipment.
• Promote a safe working environment by following safety procedures.
• Conduct preventative maintenance routines with proper documentation.
• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical problems related to MHE.
• Create and manage work orders including labor hours and parts used.
• Mentor junior technicians.
• Maintain positive working relationships across the facility.
• Work in a warehouse environment with fluctuating temperatures.
• Participate in training and development opportunities.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in MHE repair or automated conveyor systems.
• Experience with predictive and preventative maintenance procedures.
• 1+ years of blueprint and electrical schematic reading.
• Knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
• Experience with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work flexible schedules/shifts.
