Lead Base Building Technician - Remote

Overview

The Lead Base Building Technician will oversee all base building activities and provide direction to two base building technicians while using their working knowledge to troubleshoot, maintain and repair primary base building systems that are mechanical or electrical in nature.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates in Electronics or Industrial Maintenance preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance.
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Universal CFC certification preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts.
