Overview

The Facilities Engineering Manager will lead and oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, elevator, and energy management systems for a Class A office portfolio, while mentoring tradespeople to ensure high performance.

Requirements

• Knowledge of Building Automation Systems and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Familiarity with OSHA and safety codes.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Experience with energy efficiency improvements.
• Ability to execute projects through to completion.
