Overview

The Cleaner - Floater will perform a variety of custodial duties under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, ensuring cleanliness and maintenance of the facility.

In Short

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Use commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Clean and dust furniture, pictures, and light fixtures.
• Wash windows and interior doors.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues.
• Collect and dispose of building trash.
• Perform periodic high dusting and surface polishing.
• Work cooperatively as part of a team.

Requirements

• No previous experience required.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
