Overview

The Cleaner will be responsible for performing various custodial duties under the supervision of the Custodial Manager or Supervisor, ensuring cleanliness and adherence to established standards.

In Short

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces.
• Use commercial floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs and spot clean as needed.
• Dust and clean furniture and fixtures.
• Wash windows and interior glass surfaces.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies.
• Monitor and report maintenance issues.
• Collect and dispose of building trash.
• Perform high dusting and periodic cleaning tasks.
• Comply with COVID-related protocols.

Requirements
