c/side is laser focused on solving web security, starting with browser side injections. Covering previously unmonitored attack surfaces in developer and user friendly ways.

In Short

• Drive top of funnel growth through SEO, SERP, LLM optimization, and Ads performance.
• Implement and improve multi-channel marketing campaigns across various platforms.
• Own reporting and develop dashboards to translate metrics into actionable insights.
• Manage the tech stack for GTM automation to reduce inefficiencies.
• Design and analyze growth experiments across the entire funnel.
• Automate lead scoring and account prioritization to maximize conversion rates.
• Maintain analytics stack for a single source of truth on performance.
• Partner with GTM & Product for self-serve onboarding flows.
• Build automated lifecycle campaigns to convert free customers to paying customers.
• Translate complex security concepts into compelling value propositions.

Requirements

• 3+ years of growth marketing experience in B2B SaaS, preferably in security or developer tooling.
• Experience with tools like Clay, HubSpot, and Email delivery.
• Strong analytical skills and comfortable building dashboards.
• Autonomous and able to define growth strategies.
• Hands-on with modern growth stacks.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Genuine passion for web security.
• Fully remote capable with at least 4 hours overlap with UK timezone.
