In Short

• Assist attorneys in employment law matters, including workplace disputes and compliance.
• Support personal injury cases, including motor vehicle accidents and workplace injuries.
• Conduct legal research on employment and personal injury laws.
• Draft and prepare legal documents such as demand letters and pleadings.
• Organize and manage case files and deadlines.
• Assist with discovery processes and evidence gathering.
• Coordinate witness interviews and trial preparation.
• Communicate with clients and medical providers.
• Assist in litigation support, including e-filing.
• Review and summarize medical records and employment documents.

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience in employment law and personal injury cases.
