The Commercial Portfolio Manager provides a positive customer experience through managing the client relationship utilizing the full suite of Busey products and services.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of credit fundamentals and compliance.
• Needs-based sales and customer service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to analyze and interpret numerical data.
• 2+ years of banking, finance, or sales experience.
• 4-year college degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Ability to manage time pressures and interruptions.
