Elevator Technology Specialist - Remote

Overview

As an Elevator Technology Specialist, you will be part of a team that designs sustainable cities and infrastructures while actively combating climate change.

In Short

• Creation of overall concepts for vertical access in various building types.
• Simulation and calculation of lifting performance using Elevate™.
• Development, project planning, BIM modeling, and drafting using Revit®, AutoCAD®, and/or liftdesigner®.
• Coordination of elevator technology requirements with object planning and other technical trades.
• Preparation of specifications and tenders for private and public projects.
• Reporting and presenting results to clients.
• Independent handling of large projects in an international team.
• Technical interface to other trades, architectural firms, and manufacturers.
• Creation and development of internal standards and tools for automation.

Requirements

• Completed technical degree (Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or equivalent) or technician.
• Several years of professional experience, preferably in the elevator industry.
• Ideally, prior knowledge in the planning of elevators and escalators.
• Good user knowledge of Elevate™, AutoCAD®, and Revit®.
• Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
• Willingness to travel and high motivation for international project work.
