In Short

• Providing exceptional customer care in an expedient manner that satisfies individual needs of each customer including but not limited to account management, sales, and tracking.
• Answering incoming calls, text, emails and chats across multiple platforms.
• Understanding and promoting Bump Boxes products, culture and values.
• Assessing the unique needs of customers using consultative methods and recognizing potential sales opportunities.
• Be willing to help team members complete various tasks to accomplish organizational goals.
• Maintaining strict confidentiality of customer information.
• Fully utilize the systems, tools, training, and resources provided to maximize potential.
• Assist other departments with various tasks as needed.
