Jr. Customer Service Officer (Mandarin Speaking) - Remote

Overview

The Jr. Customer Service Officer will provide quality support to Chinese-speaking users of a digital assets exchange and derivatives platform, ensuring proper KYC verification for financial transactions.

In Short

• Manage client onboarding and identity verification (KYC).
• Assist customers with inquiries via various communication channels.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve transaction issues.
• Create FAQs and SOPs for new features.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Proficient in Mandarin and English.
• Good soft skills and a positive attitude.
• Ability to think independently and solve problems.
• At least 1 year of customer service or BPO experience.
• Basic computer skills.
• Willingness to work in a shifting schedule.
• Open to working from home or in the office as needed.
• Bachelor's degree is a plus.
