Overview

As a District Manager for Bagel Brands, you will lead and inspire multiple store locations in Colorado, ensuring operational excellence and fostering a positive team culture.

• Lead and manage 8 General Managers in the Lakewood area.
• Responsible for hiring and training General Managers.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching.
• Support operational goals and ensure customer satisfaction.

• Frequent travel required within the region.
• Flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Analyze financial reports to drive business results.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of multi-unit management experience in food service or restaurant.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication and rapport-building skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Experience in analyzing financial reports.
• Demonstrated success in leading and coaching teams.
• Must be able to travel frequently to various locations.
