CEO Right Hand (Part-time) - Remote

Overview

At Broco, we are building a platform that reinvents parcel sending between Europe and Africa 🚚. Our mission is to make exchanges faster, cheaper, and more sustainable by connecting shippers, travelers, and carriers.

In parallel, we are also developing DesignFlow, a subscription design studio 🎨 that supports startups and SMEs with their creative needs.

Your role will primarily cover Broco, with occasional support for DesignFlow.

In Short

• Act as the local relay: partners, carriers, clients.
• Identify and activate B2B opportunities (marketplaces, e-commerce, carriers).
• Participate actively in recruitment.
• Help onboard and coordinate the creative team.
• Support business development (prospecting, B2B opportunities).
• Project management: organize, prioritize, and track key projects.
• Ensure clear and regular reporting (weekly/monthly).
• Prepare strategic documents (pitch decks, investor presentations).

Requirements

• Experience in operations, business development, or project management (startup experience is a plus).
• Good knowledge of the Algerian market.
• Proficiency with collaborative tools (Notion, Slack, Trello, Google Workspace).
• Ability to work remotely, autonomously, and reliably.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills (French).
• Versatile, entrepreneurial, and solution-oriented mindset.
