Overview

The Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst (FP&A / Cost Controller) will take full ownership of budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cost optimization across Brixio's entities.

In Short

• Full-time, full-remote role based in the Philippines.
• Work schedule is Monday - Friday 11:00AM-8:00PM.
• Develop and manage monthly budgets and forecasts.
• Build and maintain cash flow models and anticipate risks.
• Conduct variance analysis and track KPIs.
• Prepare internal financial dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with business leads for cost discipline.
• Support pricing and financial modeling on new deals.
• Improve internal processes for better financial visibility.
• Contribute to monthly management reviews with insights.
