In Short

• Primarily remote position
• Support a dedicated physician
• Manage priorities and anticipate needs
• Coordinate the physician’s daily schedule
• Act as a liaison between patients and care teams
• Place orders for labs, prescriptions, and referrals
• Document visit notes during calls or virtual appointments
• Manage emails, calls, documents, and tasks
• Track ongoing projects and flag outstanding items
• Work independently with minimal oversight

Requirements

• Certified Medical Assistant – Required
• Exceptional Time Manager
• Excellent Communicator
• Tech Fluent with EHRs and Microsoft Office
• Self-Starter with minimal oversight
• Highly Organized
• Senior Care Experience – Strongly Preferred
• Local candidates preferred for occasional in-person needs
