Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are searching for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our growing Product Management team. The Senior Product Manager at Bridgeway defines and communicates the strategic vision of both current and new products and is responsible for day-to-day decisions regarding product development, market analysis, and pricing. A successful Senior Product Manager at Bridgeway has a solid understanding of enterprise software solutions with a knack for building and maintaining positive business relationships both internal and with external customers and vendors. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on contribution to product deliverables.

In Short

• Align product strategy to corporate goals and customer needs.
• Partner with Product Owners to build impactful roadmaps.
• Collaborate with Sales & Marketing, Professional Services, and Engineering.
• Identify product enhancements balancing ROI with customer needs.
• Perform product analysis to measure market performance.
• Lead product prioritization decisions.
• Establish Product Charters with key requirements.
• Support product development lifecycle tasks.
• Communicate product requirements with Product Owners and Engineering.
• Lead Voice of the Customer programs.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management and/or product development experience.
• Experience in the online payments industry is highly desired.
• Specific experience in Taft-Hartley, commercial benefits administration, or healthcare industries is a plus.
• Experience in actionable, data-driven customer research.
• Experience in developing product-focused marketing materials.
• Proven expertise in problem solving and leadership.
• Experience managing or mentoring other Product Managers.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience following an agile development lifecycle.
• Bachelors in Business, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field.
