• Join the Application Infrastructure team at Brex.
• Build and own platforms and tools for Product Engineers.
• Work with technologies like GraphQL, Kotlin, and Kubernetes.
• Design robust platforms to accelerate product development.
• Maintain critical API infrastructure.
• Implement reliability and performance improvements.
• Uphold high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with diverse teams.
• Work in the New York City office at least 2 days a week.
• Remote work available for up to 4 weeks per year.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
• Experience with GraphQL, especially Federated GraphQL.
• Background in Kotlin (Java and Scala acceptable).
• Familiarity with Kubernetes.
• Platform or Full-Stack development experience.
• Strong communication and project planning skills.
