Internship in the Savory Applications Department - Remote

Overview

This internship at Brenntag offers students the opportunity to gain valuable experience in the Food & Nutrition Innovation and Application Center in Zgierz, Poland. Interns will participate in various projects related to savory applications and product development.

In Short

• Participate in conceptual, implementation, and optimization projects with clients and suppliers.
• Engage in the creation of food products such as meat products, processed fish, and vegan alternatives.
• Conduct comparative tests of raw materials and prepare RTE/RTD/RTP samples.
• Prepare technical documentation for projects and analyze industry trends.
• Attend product and application training sessions.
• Work 30 hours per week from July to the end of September.
• Paid internship at the Food & Nutrition Innovation and Application Center.
• Support from a mentor throughout the internship.

Requirements

• Current student in bachelor's or master's degree programs.
• Preferred fields of study: Food Technology, Food Quality, Biotechnology, Food Chemistry, Dietetics, etc.
• Engagement, accuracy, and meticulousness.
• Ability to approach tasks creatively.
• Minimum B2 level of English proficiency.
• Familiarity with MS Office.
