Overview

The Airport Agent role supports both Stations during peak season and our Guest Empowerment team during off-peak seasons, helping Guests with check-in, boarding, baggage, and providing support through digital channels.

In Short

  • Provide assistance to Guests at the airport and remotely.
  • Handle check-in, boarding, and baggage services.
  • Support Guests through SMS, Messenger, and email.
  • Remain calm under pressure and focus on solutions.
  • Work both at the airport and remotely as needed.
  • Commit to regular attendance and punctuality.
  • Engage in continuous virtual conversations with Guests.
  • Assist with baggage claims and concerns.
  • Uphold Breeze Aviation Group Values.
  • Complete other assigned duties.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Two years of customer service experience.
  • Excellent writing and reading comprehension skills.
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office 365.
  • Multi-channel customer engagement experience.
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Willingness to travel to Breeze Headquarters as needed.
  • Must reside within 25 miles of RSW Airport.
