Finance & Accounting Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Finance & Accounting Specialist will be responsible for preparing and reviewing accounting records, financial statements, and ensuring compliance with reporting standards.

In Short

• Prepare and review accounting records and financial statements monthly.
• Oversee general accounting processes and inter-company transactions.
• Ensure timely GST/VAT/WHT and corporate tax submissions.
• Manage statutory audits under local GAAP and IFRS.
• Responsible for internal audit and ERP implementation.
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting and finance partners.
• Oversee payment processing and vendor management.
• Assist with investor reporting and management analysis.
• Manage accounting system administration.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant with knowledge of accounting standards.
• 4 - 6 years of work experience in technology companies.
• Experience with a Big 4 in Assurance and Accounting Advisory is advantageous.
• Working knowledge of IFRS.
• Excellent communication skills for complex issues.
• Able to coordinate with diverse team members.
• Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.
• Manage external service providers and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to work remotely.
