Overview

The Professional Services team’s mission is to drive adoption, expansion and retention of the Brandwatch suite of products, by delivering actionable insights, intelligent solutions and remarkable service. As a member of the Strategy & Insights team within Professional Services, you will lead the delivery of bespoke research projects designed to help our clients understand their brands, consumers and industries and take action with this knowledge.

In Short

  • Own a portfolio of accounts and manage custom research projects.
  • Manage project teams and client relationships.
  • Conduct complex data analysis for client insights.
  • Review deliverables for accuracy and provide feedback.
  • Oversee commercial scoping with clients.
  • Present to internal and external audiences.
  • Develop new methodologies and tools for research.
  • Stay updated on industry trends.
  • Support team member development.
  • Travel may be required.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of commercial research experience.
  • Ability to create compelling narratives and visualizations.
  • Willingness to coach junior team members.
  • Strong business writing and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Technical aptitude for learning new software.
  • Strong competency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Brandwatch or similar tools is a plus.
