In Short

• Consult independently and confidently with existing and potential clients in the area of Social Media focusing on Influencer and UGC Creator Marketing.
• Conceptualize and plan both organic and paid social media campaigns based on KPIs and insights identified by our strategy.
• Continuously analyze and evaluate campaign measures and create meaningful reports with concrete recommendations.
• Represent the expertise of the Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing & Social Media teams as an interface to strategy and performance marketing.
• Support the team with your knowledge and assessments in professional decisions.
• Create convincing presentations and translate the impulses and thoughts of your colleagues into channel-appropriate measures and recommendations.
• Maintain unique relationships with clients, influencers, and communities to better understand their thoughts and needs.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Social Media, especially Influencer and UGC Creator Marketing.
• Deep understanding of the functionality and KPIs on channels like Instagram, TikTok, or Twitch.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to support ideas with insights, dashboards, or influencer and trend analysis tools.
• Knowledge in Social Listening (Sentiment, Trend Analysis).
• Ability to visualize thoughts convincingly in PowerPoint.
• Self-organization and discipline to ensure quick focus shifts while working with multiple strong brands.
• Proactive attitude and ability to engage clients and team members with recommendations and solutions.
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
• At least 5 years of experience in Digital Marketing with a focus on Social Media & Influencer Marketing.
