• Knowledge of digital accessibility best practices.
• Ability to mentor and offer feedback to other designers.
• Strong eye for detail and adherence to guidelines.
• Ability to articulate design rationale clearly.
• Passionate and curious about design innovations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Fluent in English.
