Overview

The Digital & Motion Designer will play a pivotal role within the Performance Creative department, collaborating with Creative Strategists and Designers to produce high-quality digital ads across various platforms.

Requirements

• 4-6 years of experience in digital advertising.
• 2+ years of agency experience.
• Strong portfolio of digital ad concepts.
• Expertise in motion design and digital production tools.
• Deep knowledge of performance-focused ad design.
• Exceptional typography and visual storytelling skills.
• Strong project management capabilities.
• Experience managing external creative partners.
• Ability to align brand guidelines with business objectives.
