Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a similar role in a P&C insurance context.
• 2 years of experience conducting financial modeling in reinsurance, insurance, or investment banking.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling techniques.
• Strong understanding of financial statements, preferably GAAP and statutory accounting.
• Mastery in MS Excel and financial planning software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Collaborative mindset, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
