Overview

The Service Centre Supervisor is responsible for ensuring superior customer satisfaction by leading operations during the night shift. This role involves mentoring staff, enhancing safety performance, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

• Support recruitment and training processes for plant staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or College Diploma.
• 5-7 years of supervisory experience in production or logistics.
• Experience with formal safety programs.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of SAP and Kronos/UKG is a plus.
• Ability to work in a team environment and multitask effectively.
• Experience in recruitment and employee management.
• Fluency in English; French is desirable.
