Overview

We are seeking a Product-Market Fit Lead to take ownership of our growth function, driving user acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through data-driven experimentation.

In Short

• Own and evolve the PMF metrics framework.
• Design and execute growth marketing campaigns.
• Continuously build and optimize landing pages.
• Lead data-driven experimentation and A/B testing.
• Manage CRM/DRM strategy for user retention.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate experimentation cycles.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product and development teams.
• Maintain a feedback loop to optimize experiments.

• Must be fluent in Figma and have SQL knowledge.

Requirements

• Proven experience in growth marketing or performance marketing.
• Hands-on experience building a measurement framework.
• Strong proficiency in analytics tools like Mixpanel or Amplitude.
• Experience with landing page optimization.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools.
• Background in user acquisition or mobile app growth is a plus.
• Experience with fitness or consumer apps is a bonus.
• Strong business acumen and accountability.
• Self-driven with a high ownership mindset.
• Comfortable working under uncertainty.
