CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist - Remote

Overview

We're looking for a contract CRM & Marketing Automation Specialist to join us for active, ongoing projects and contribute immediately from day one. You'll take ownership of end-to-end automation builds — from strategy and architecture through to deployment and optimization — delivering systems that generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive conversions.

Requirements

• Experience in building and maintaining production-ready CRM systems
• Proficiency in GoHighLevel, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
• Strong skills in automation platforms like Make.com, n8n, or Zapier
• Experience in lead generation and marketing strategies
• Ability to integrate various tools and platforms effectively
• Professional maturity in understanding business requirements
• Attention to detail for reliable automation
• Basic knowledge of Python or JavaScript is a plus
• Comfortable documenting workflows for non-technical stakeholders
• Experience with conversion optimization is advantageous
