Creative Strategist - Design & Performance Marketing - Remote

Overview

We are a young performance marketing agency from Munich with clients ranging from solo entrepreneurs to corporations. Our focus is on measurable results, creative campaigns, and genuine partnerships with our clients. We are looking for a creative mind who is eager to take on responsibility and grow with us.

In Short

• Development and conception of creative advertisements for social media & Google
• Independent planning and implementation of campaign ideas in collaboration with our performance team
• Video editing (e.g., short reels or ad creatives)
• Design of visuals, banners, and other advertising materials
• Analysis and further development of existing creatives based on performance data
• Close collaboration with performance managers to optimally connect design & strategy

Requirements

• Advanced studies in media design, communication design, media design, or comparable (Nice to have)
• First practical experience in the design and implementation of advertisements (Nice to have)
• Basic understanding of marketing and digital campaigns
• Proficient use of common design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Premiere Pro or similar programs)
• A creative eye for design, design trends, and storytelling
• Independent, structured working style and willingness to take on responsibility
