Overview

The OneSource Support Specialist is a fully remote role focused on providing personalized support to patients within the Alexion Rare Disease patient journey, ensuring treatment compliance and resolving non-clinical issues.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 1 year in Patient Services.
• Strong communication skills over the phone.
• Familiarity with pharmaceutical industry regulations.
• Experience with insurance coverage and reimbursement processes.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams.
• Strong organizational and adaptability skills.
• Initiative and accountability in work.
• Empathy and listening skills.
• Experience in rare disease care is a plus.
