We are currently looking for an experienced Senior Director, Product Management in the Payments and Cards domain focused on doing whatever it takes to understand the end goal of our clients.

In Short

• Champion the vision and strategy for Payments clients.
• Serve as a liaison between multidisciplinary teams and clients.
• Drive the product roadmap and project vision for complex projects.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations.
• Advise clients on best practices in payment solutions.
• Consult on the integration of crypto in the payments space.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
• Mentor and coach Product team members.
• Support Customer Success and Business Development teams.

Requirements

• BS/BA in relevant program or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years in payments consulting and integrations.
• Familiarity with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and APIs.
• Deep knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Strong foundation in core Product Management skills.
• Experience with globally dispersed teams.
• Strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time.
