Bounteous is seeking a Lead Strategist, Loyalty & CRM to design and optimize CRM and loyalty programs, enhancing customer engagement and retention strategies.

• Lead CRM client engagements from discovery through deployment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 8 years of experience in Marketing and CRM strategies.

• Proven experience in utilizing email and sales data.
