Remote Nurse Practitioner for Substance Use Disorder Treatment

Overview

Boulder Care is looking for Kansas-based Nurse Practitioners who are aligned with Harm Reduction principles and have experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) for a 100% remote, full-time, W2 position.

In Short

• 100% remote position
• Full-time work (40 hours a week)
• Monday-Friday schedule of 10am - 6pm Eastern Time
• Work directly with patients to deliver medication-assisted recovery for Substance Use Disorder
• Compassionate and empathetic telephonic, text-based, and video-based patient engagement
• Coordinate with Care Team for patient recovery journeys
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with technology and operations teams
• Minimum 1+ year of addiction treatment experience required
• Pay range: $130,000 - $140,000

Requirements

• Active KS Nurse Practitioner license
• 1+ year of experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder
• Degree from an accredited nursing school
• Experience managing SUDs in a chronic care model
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
• Ability to gain approval for multiple state licenses
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet
• Must not have been a patient at Boulder Care
