Remote Nurse Practitioner for Substance Use Disorder Treatment

Overview

Boulder Care is looking for Colorado based Nurse Practitioners who are aligned with Harm Reduction principles and have experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder (MOUD) for a 100% remote, full-time, W2 position.

In Short

• 100% remote position
• Full-time work (40 hours a week)
• Monday-Friday schedule of 10am - 6pm Pacific Time
• Work directly with patients to deliver medication-assisted recovery
• Empower patients in their recovery journeys
• Coordinate with Care Team members
• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage ongoing support for individuals with substance use disorders
• Participate in meetings and collaborate with technology and operations teams
• Minimum 1+ year of addiction treatment experience required
• Compensation range: $130,000 - $140,000

Requirements

• Active CO Nurse Practitioner license
• 1 year of experience prescribing Medication for Opioid Use Disorder
• Degree from an accredited nursing school
• Experience managing substance use disorders in a chronic care model
• Proficiency in electronic medical records and video conferencing
• Ability to gain approval for multiple state licenses
• Outstanding communication and collaboration skills
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills
• Dedicated workspace with high-speed internet
• Must not have been a patient at Boulder Care
